How do I make sure I have the latest version of the app?
  • We will notify you from time to time when a new version of the app is available. In some cases, if you are running an older version the app, you may see a pop up that will prompt you to visit the app store and download the latest version. We suggest that you also check the app store regularly to see if an update is required.

 

I wish to receive only selected notifications:
  • By creating an account within the app, you are able to personalise your app experience and receiving only the notifications  relevant to you. To view these notification topics, click on the ‘My account’ button within the bottom menu bar. Log in with your credentials and then click on the ‘Notifications’ button. Within this menu, you will be able to turn notification topics on and off personalising your app experience.  

 

What if I have forgotten my password?
  • If you have forgotten your password, you should head to the My Account tab, click LOG IN then “Forgot password?”. Once you enter your email address, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. 

 

What do I get with a Premium account? 
  • Premium account holders, may get access to exclusive features including early access to video and news content, exclusive competition access and more! 

 

I wish to stop the app from collecting my personal information and data:
  • To stop the collection of your personal information and data, you will need to delete your account. Please follow the steps under the ‘HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT’ heading. 

 

How do I stop my personal information and data from being shared with others?
  • By deleting your account, you stop the collection of your personal information and data which means that no further information and data can be shared with third parties. Please note that any existing personal information and data already collected by the app prior to you deleting your account may have been shared with third parties in accordance with the app’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. How do I deleted my account?

  • Ensure you have the latest version of the app downloaded on your phone. Once you open the app, click on the ‘My account’ button within the bottom menu bar. Log in with your credentials and then click on the ‘Delete account’ button. 

  • Please note, this action cannot be undone.
